- Survey: many deep questions will need to be ensued.
- Only 79 members returned the questionnaire;
we could not confirm whether they are the perfect representatives of the whole
community. (However, this is not a quantitative study.)- Most of subjects were not as reflective as we expected.
- Face-to-Face interview and focused observations would have elicited more insights.
