Historicity:

-          A community should have a shared history and culture.

-          Community members should share particular: custom; language; institutional life; heritage of significant event and crises; and historically determined attributes such as size, geography and demography.

-          Community members should have shared interests on something unique or specific.

-          Community members should have shared ideas that are not too abstract.

-          There is evidence of shared loyalty.

-          There is evidence of shared piety.

-          There is a sense of shared identity.

 

 

  • All Thais in Thailand and overseas with shared historical, cultural, linguistic, political, religious, and social backgrounds
  • Note that there necessarily are some differences. The members would  not be a single, neat, coherent group of people.
